1. APPLY

Applying to the USF Health Morsani College of Medicine and enrolling in a graduate program in health informatics or healthcare analytics is simple. 

You can either request more information by completing  and a Student Success representative will contact you to provide support as you complete your application and ensure you have completed all application requirements, including submitting transcripts and financial aid documents. Online classes at USF Health start every eight weeks, so it’s easy to find a start date that fits your schedule.

2. Prepare for Class

During the onboarding process, your student success representative will provide you with instructions on how to set up your NetID, which will function as your login information to your classroom.

3. Start Classes

If accepted into the program, you will receive an admissions decision via email. A representative will contact you to ensure you have everything you need to begin class. The representative can answer any questions you have regarding technical issues or class structure. You can then log in and begin class, 100% online!

4. Student Support Along the Way

Your student success coach will reach out to see how your class is going, help you register for your future classes and order textbooks. You can also reach out to instructors and classmates through chat, discussion boards and email within Canvas.

5. Graduate

Graduates of programs offered online are invited to receive their diplomas during commencement ceremonies in Tampa, Florida, where they will walk alongside and receive the same diploma as their campus-based peers. Whether you participate in graduation or celebrate your achievement at home, you can proudly call yourself a USF Bull for life.

6. USF Alumni

As a graduate from the University of South Florida, you can join the Alumni Association, which puts you in contact with tens of thousands of fellow Bulls around the world. You also will receive alumni magazines, a monthly e-newsletter and the ability to join alumni chapters near where you live, among many other services.
